We are looking to recruit an ambitious, commercial savvy, innovative, self-starting key member to the Marcomms team to to lead the growth of our Dorothy House digital community, providing support and advice to all departments regarding their digital presence and how they can increase their influence across our community.
As an innovator you will provide creative approaches to how we can integrate and use the digital sphere to provide lighter touch care and support for patients, their families and carers.
This is an opportunity to inspire, influence and educate individuals about the strategic direction of Dorothy House. Dorothy House Hospice is the sector lead for End of Life care with the reputation of delivering outstanding care. The Hospice world operates in a complex environment, delivering front line services across a range of sectors (health and social care) and commercial channels (retail, income generation, events and new business ventures). Marcomms is at the heart of the charity and our community, raising public awareness of the incredible work we do. Dorothy House has a deep charitable ethos with a business brain.
You will have proven experience in the development and coordination of integrated digital marketing campaigns and know how to grow our online income streams. Confident in project managing the re-development of our website to support the delivery of our ambitious 7-year strategy you will embrace the supporter journey and the importance of content in driving engagement. You will be confident in getting the best out of paid digital channels and have sound analytic and reporting experience.

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
HOURS: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
SALARY: £28,050 – £36,644 per annum (depending on experience)
