Trek the Himalayas in Nepal
With Volunteering at Kathmandu Hospice

Limited spaces!

The Challenge
Join a group of Dorothy House heroes for this twelve day trek and Hospice volunteering project. This challenge will help raise vital funds to support local patients and their families across a community of 550,000 people across Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES) and parts of Wiltshire and Somerset.

The Dorothy House Nepal Trek in 2020 isn’t just about pushing yourself physically, but also giving back. On the trip you will get to help at the hospice project in Kathmandu. You might be doing things like painting, decorating and gardening before you start the Trek. Along the way you will enjoy the views of the snowy peaks of the Annapurnas, stay in quaint locally owned teahouses and enjoy awe-inspiring panoramic views. A highlight will be the sunrise views which unfold from Poon Hill. It’s an unforgettable challenge that will stay with you forever.

Trip includes:
• Flights from London (inc. airport taxes)
• All transfers and transport in Nepal
• Accommodation in a hotel in Kathmandu (four nights)
• Guesthouse in Pokhara (two nights)
• Teahouses on trek (four nights)
• All meals
• Local expert English-speaking guides and support crew
• National Park entrance fees
• Trekking permits
• Project materials and coordination
• A UK Different Travel tour manager.
