Calling all Rugby fans!
Join the Bath Men’s Walk for a pie, a pint and top Six Nations action at the Bath Recreation Ground (Bath Rec), the home of Bath Rugby. Raising funds for the Bath Rugby Foundation and Dorothy House Hospice Care.

> Walk starts 12 noon
> 8 mile route – mainly along the canal

> Available for groups of 12-20 walkers

> Steps for booking:
1. Choose a team name
2. Pick a team leader to coordinate your team
3. Team leader to indicate they’d like a box when signing up
4. Ask all members to use the team name on registration

> The clubhouse and boxes are exclusively for participants and marshals only as we will have reached the capacity of the venue.
Last year, thanks to the efforts of all who took part, the Bath Rugby Foundation and Dorothy House Hospice Care raised over £70,000 between them to help their work in the local community. This year we want to raise more – and have an even better time along the way! You have the choice to:
> Pledge to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship (or £25 for under 18s)
> Make a donation of £50 in lieu of sponsorship (or £25 for under 18s)

Terms and conditions
Participants must be male and aged 12 or over on Saturday 17 March 2018.
No dogs permitted.
The non-refundable entry fee is to cover the cost of administration and resources for the event and entitles each walker to a pie, a pint (soft drink for under 18s) and a T-shirt.
All participants are expected to raise sponsorship – a minimum of £50 (or £25 for under 18s) – or make a personal donation in lieu of sponsorship.
All boys aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult entrant.
Sensible footwear must be worn and care taken.
The course is multi-terrain, including roads, fields, and towpath.
Places limited to 700 walkers.
If you have a medical condition which could be affected by exercise, please obtain your doctor’s approval before participation.
You enter the walk at your own risk and should not take part unless medically fit to walk 8 miles and complete the distance within three hours.
We reserve the right to withdraw marshalling for any participants who take over three hours to complete the course.
Entrants will be responsible for making their own way to Dorothy House for the start of the event and arranging suitable transport to get home from the Recreation Ground, Bath.
While all reasonable action has been taken by the charities to ensure the safety of participants, the charities cannot be held accountable for any injury, loss or damage sustained during this event.
