Four course tasting menu, each prepared by a notable Bath Chef:

Michael Nizzero from The Bath Priory
David Campbell from The Royal Crescent
Tony Casey from The Bunch of Grapes (Bradford on Avon)
Damien Wager from Edible Art

Canapes and fizz will be served on arrival.

The chefs will work with the catering students of Bath College to prepare each course. Each chef will introduce their course.

The dinner will be served by students in The Shrubbery Restaurant. Tables will be arranged in a combination of 6s and 8s. Tickets are £60 a head and there will be a maximum of 60 places.  A pay bar for wine and spirits will be available.
