Grief: Coping in isolation

Coping with grief can be difficult during, what we now appreciate very much as, ‘normal times’. However, adding in isolation and social distancing from our loved ones makes the process of grieving even more complex. In this video from our Virtual Open Day we hear from Anne, one of our Family Support Team members who works with those recently bereaved to help them through a hard and stressful process, particularly at this time.

The session is hosted by Hollie and Anne. It includes some questions from members of the public as the event was live streamed on Facebook. You can find other videos from the day in our COVID-19 Public Resources page along with helpful, practical ideas for this unprecedented time.
