Join us as we take you through a set of exercises you can do from home. These can be done seated or standing and only takes about 10 minutes to complete, including a warm-up and cool-down. Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing and footwear.
Grief: Coping in isolation
Coping with grief can be difficult during, what we now appreciate very much as, ‘normal times’. However, adding in isolation and social distancing from our loved ones makes the process of grieving even more complex. In this video from our Virtual Open Day we hear from Anne, one of our Family Support Team members who works with those recently bereaved to help them through a hard and stressful process, particularly at this time.
