Our Nurse Clinics offer patients and their families an opportunity to visit Dorothy House in order to gain information on how to maximise their health and well being while coping with a life-limiting illness.
They are an opportunity to hear about Dorothy House services, in an informal environment, and how they may be available to support them now and in the future. They provide the chance to to meet Dorothy House professionals who may be able to answer questions around life-limiting illness and sign-posting to other services.
Who is is for?
