We provide compassionate care and support for people in our community with a life-limiting illness. Our focus is on quality of life, helping patients to live well and die well.
We’re here for anyone in our community who’s facing a life-limiting illness. Using our full breadth of service, we create individual care journeys which start at diagnosis and continue with bereavement support for family, carers and children.
If you’re living with a life-limiting illness or caring for someone, we’re here with practical and clinical information, and emotional support. Whatever your question, find support on all aspects of living with an illness, dying and bereavement. There’s information for families, friends, carers and patients.
We can’t provide frontline hospice care to support people who are living with a life-limiting illness in our community without your help. There’s lots of ways to get involved, so find one that suits you.
As your local hospice, we work to ensure that everyone in our community with a life-limiting illness has access to the best possible end of life care. To do this, we have to raise over £10 million each year. Without your generous donations, our care and services would not be possible.
There are many ways you can support us. Paying a visit to one of our high street shops, donating your furniture to us, visiting our online shop or eBay page or by purchasing some of our vegan friendly Ubiety products.
