Palliative Care Link Event for Care Home Staff

This free event is for Registered Nurses and Care Homes Managers to come and join colleagues to discuss a variety of aspects of palliative and end of life care, including Advance Care Planning and how this might affect those you support.

To consider what would you like teaching and support on in the future ? What do you struggle with most in the work you do? – We want to hear your thoughts

This networking event is for registered nurses or managers working within care homes or residential settings, who have an interest in palliative care and would like to find out more about becoming a Link Nurse for their organisation.
