ITV News – 50 year anniversary feature

We are delighted to confirm that at 6pm, 21 May, on ITV West Country News, Dorothy House featured in a special 50th Anniversary piece, celebrating our past, present and future care.

The ITV News team filmed with Wayne de Leeuw, our CEO, with blood transfusion patients in the Day Patient Unit, with Liz Winch, our Matron on the Inpatient Unit and with Sue Philip, our Firefly Volunteer. The crew also filmed interviews with our Ambassador Bruce Munro at our Moments of Light launch night and with the CEO of Visit West – our local tourist board – about the impact of such a large scale art installation.
