Dorothy House Hospice welcomes visits from groups and are able to provide half-day or whole-day tailored visits.
We can offer a range of sessions covering a wide variety of topics directly linked to hospice care. These sessions are all led by our health care professionals here at the hospice and can provide further information about end of life care and the work of Dorothy House.

Please note that group visits generally do incur a fee.
We provide an opportunity for professionals to understand hospice life and discover what palliative care entails.
- We typically offer placements to student nurses, social workers, GP registrars, physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
- Placements usually last a week and cover all areas of hospice clinical practice.
