The Same Boat support group (TSB) offers a confidential, safe, and welcoming space for working-age people living with a life-limiting illness to come together.

Whether you’re looking for connection, understanding, or simply a place where you can be yourself, you’ll find a warm and supportive community of people who understand the unique challenges you may be facing. No subject is off limits. You can share thoughts and experiences, offer or receive support, or simply come along and listen.

Groups of 6-8

To help create a relaxed and supportive environment, the group is kept small, with a maximum of 6–8 people. There is no set agenda, and sessions are shaped by the needs of those attending, allowing conversations to develop naturally in a respectful, non-judgmental and friendly space.

Whatever kind of day you’re having, you’ll be welcome at TSB.

Refreshments and biscuits are provided.
