Dorothy House wins at the Bath Life Awards 2026

On Thursday, 12 March, Dorothy House was honoured to be named Best Charity at the Bath Life Awards 2026 for the second consecutive year.

The Bath Life Awards are the most prestigious business awards in Bath, celebrating the city’s top companies, organisations, and individuals across various sectors, spanning 22 categories.

Taking place at the Forum in Bath, the ceremony was attended by Henny Cochrane, Philanthropy and Trusts Lead, and Chelsea Wallace, Major Donor and Corporate Fundraiser. In a very competitive category, Dorothy House received the coveted trophy for the Hospice’s innovative spirit and fantastic achievements over the past year:

2025 saw the opening of new stores in Devizes, Trowbridge and Corsham, bringing our shop portfolio to 30, the launch of another retail initiative, our Threads for Care brand, our Grow for Life initiative and our partnership with Icebreakers.
