Medical Team
Our medical team consists of four Consultants, one Specialty Doctor and two Advanced Nurse Practitioners. They also have Palliative Medicine and GP trainees who work on rotation. The team are experts in palliative care and are able to assess and provide advice on complex symptom issues related to illness.
The medical team work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team, caring for patients on the Inpatient Unit at Dorothy House in Winsley and visiting patients in the community, either at home or in a care setting. In addition they provide a consultancy service to the Royal United Hospital in Bath to ensure that the best palliative care can be accessed across our area.
